Ok, ignore what I said...Just a grumpy morning.... Anyway, I looked up for this game and see its a MMO, right? I saw others were having problems to install this game as well. What I could see from my fast research is that you need to do in order to run Rappelz is to install the ActiveX controls, because it need it to execute the launch.exeSo, perhaps you might want to try that. Google for ActiveX, download and install the latest version, after that run the setup for this game Report back, if that doesn't work, or if it works as well :)
Rappelz is a free MMO. You don't need to reply if you don't know what you are talking about. Where are you trying to download from? Are they all different mirrors from the same site?

Are you running Vista? If so try right clicking on the app you downloaded and hit ''Run as administrator''.
If you're using XP then the download is broken. Try clearing your browsers cache and downloading it again. If the issue continues file a bug report.

People really need to at least do a quick google search before tearing someone to shreds for piracy. Rappelz is a free to play MMO. So everybody needs to take a chill pill and releax.
