Company of Heroes ?

i was thinking of getting this game. should i get the expansion or the original? you don't need the original to run the expansion is that right?Company of Heroes ?
Yes is stand alone . Expansion gives you Panzer Elite and Brits , original Wermaht and USA.Company of Heroes ?
Opposing Fronts is standalone.However, you can get them both (in one package) with the Company of Heroes: Gold Edition.

Ya its a good game..it was a little rough on my system but it was still fun. I am planning on playing the expansion soon.

If you get the Exspansion and the Original would you have to download all them patches including the Mammoth 1.7Gb patch?

Just install the Opposing Fronts disc and go from there...less patches. than you make an account then enter the original COH games serial in account settings to use all armies.

Yes mate. Oh and i recommend at least 3GB ram to run it...seriously.
^I have 2gb and vista and I get minimum 30FPS in 8 player games and never stutter..
