Best game mods?

So I'm thinking with games like half life 2, Crysis, oblivion and Stalker (far cry 2 as well but too new for mods) and their editors, what are the best mods out for these games. Half life 2 has so many (I'm especially looking forward to Black Mesa source and firearms 2). Same with oblivion although most of them are just graphics and gameplay mods, are there any complete oblivion overhauls (i.e. a whole new game running on the oblivion engine that's not fallout 3). Stalker had its oblivion lost mod although I don't know of any games people have made with it. Crysis had a few lined up i believe, that dinosaur game as well as oblivion running on the cry engine 2. So out of these games as well as any others, what are the best mods out there?Best game mods?

Counterstrike 1.6 is the best mod of all time ... its a Halflife 1 mod and no one can argue a more sucessful mod ... period ... sorry the game is a decade old and still has 250k unique + people logging in to play each day.
