Fall out 3, Game over?

I was on this quest where i am supposed to escort doctor li through some tunnel. I died and she is no longer in the game. All of the doors are locked and i have no where to go. Ive been trying to figure it out for a while and it looks like it is a bug or somthing....If i have to do it over again im turning on some cheats
