Crysis Warhead External Drive

My story begins with the breaking of my xbox 360.....well i decided that I should try out a PC game for once (my first one actually) and i decided to go with crysis warhead, heard really good things about it.....WELL the thing is i want to install crysis warhead on my external harddrive rather than my pc's drive the problem is i dont know how to, either that or i cant find the option where it will let me install the game to a different drive, idk what to do, please somebody help. It should be easy. Just turn your drive on and it should be recognized as an external HDD unless its a memory stick or something. If its a true external drive your PC should recognize it as a drive and installation should proceed as normal. One word of caution. Firstly your install is going to be very slow as unless its using eSATA the speeds USB can do are FAR inferior to the speeds that internal HDDs can attain. Going along with that load times will most likely increase drastically as well as once again the USB format is low bandwidth. Lastly your game is not going to be able to be taken to anther PC and played as the registry is on your actual Operating system hard drive. So why you would want to put this on an external is beyond me as being able to transport it doesn't allow you to play it on other PCs.Crysis Warhead External Drive

hey thanks for the reply, ummm im not trying to take it to a different pc, i just dont wanna take up space on mine andddd i still have a problem though, when i install crysis warhead it automatically installs on my pc drive, it wont give me the option to change drives....either that or i cant find the option, i even went to custom install and couldnt find it. its weird though cause ive read som much about people that have done it. please help again. thank you.
Probably not a good idea to begin with. I strongly recommend putting it on your computer...
but can it be done, and how?

Or you could change the location by typing it.
Pretty obvious what the troll wants. He was told it will not run very fast and lag installed on an external drive ( which is slower then the internal) and you people keep telling him how to do it.....LOL....Amazing......
