can't remember name of old pc game! PLEASE HELP

okay everyone, i wanna download this old game i used to play for pc, i think it was either windows 95 or dos. In the game you were a guy with no face just a blue shirt and a red hat, and you had a magnifying glass, you would look for clues for something and the suspects were brooms and vaccuums that moved by like wheels or a steam roller and such, i forget the name PLEASE email me at willy_yum@hotmail.com
