Rome Total War Gold Edition Barbarian Invasion Backup Disk

Hi.We have the above game, legal store bought but the disk is now cracked as in split. Does anyone know how I can get an iso image or whatever to burn a new copy? The only way you can get the disk is through an illegal process, that honestly, im not going to discuss.Otherwsie you are simply going to have to buy the game again; Ebay, Amazon, Retail ect. or you could buy it over Digital Distribution serives like Steam so you dont have to worry about disks at all.... Just contact the company. In the back of the manual, there is probably a number to call to order a replacement disc. You may have to pay shipping or a small fee, but they should help you out. If you can't find that number, just check their support site for the number. All major publishers will usually do it. They must in order to prevent the argument that backups are necessary, since if they provide replacements you don't need to back it up.
Yeah that is a good idea, though there is a chance the game has been discontinued, which might cause a problem..
