Is anyone else p!ssed that Gears 2 is not coming to the PC?

I don't know why, but I really liked the first Gears (on the PC). It had a great backstory, pretty graphics and some really fun gameplay. I've played it multiple times all the way through, and I was really looking forward to seeing more of the gameworld and killing more locust...until Cliffy B dashed my hopes with his ''It's never coming to the PC'' statement. Feels like a kick in the nutsack...I've played it on both the 360 and the PC and I really like the controls on the PC a lot better. It's not that I dislike the 360, I just don't want to buy one just for one game. Anyway, it's too bad - I'm sure they could have sold quite a few copies on the PC too, especially after seeing the high scores it's getting from critics. I guess I'll just have to find a friend with a 360 so I can find out what happens in the second game (or wait for the movie)...Is anyone else p!ssed that Gears 2 is not coming to the PC?

Yeah, I couldn't care less either. It's a very generic shooter and very repetitive. Also, the only color in the game seems to be gray. All you do is duck and shoot. That's pretty much the whole gameplay. Got boring for me after the first hour or so.
give it a couple years and I'll bet you it'll come out on the PC

Some fun merits, but ultimately much more shallow and repetitively patterned gameplay through the campaign than I ever imagined based on it's very favorable reception (particularly on the 360). However, I'd of course love it to be an option available for PC gamers that do dig it...so bring it on.
It looks better than the first game, but that's not much of a feat, considering I didn't like the first game all that much. To be fair, as many of my console tard buddies point out, I only played the single player mode, and the game is meant to be played cooperatively with friends. Basically, it could be Epic lying to give 360 fanboys something to cheer about, but it could be that they're serious and won't be releasing the game on the PC platform. I don't care all that much either way.
I don't care, but you can't go by what Epic is saying now, they said the first one wasn't coming out too.
IMHO, the only reason the first Gears sold well was becuase nothing else was better at the time it came out on the 360. I tried it, and just thought it was bleh, kept trying to come back to it, but eventually gave up. Just feels so mediocore, and dull. All in all, i wont be dissapointed if it never came to PC.
The Brumak was my favorite in the last game. I will miss not seeing him this time around.
Gears of War 1 is one of the worst games I've ever played. I'm glad that its sequel is not coming to PC, limiting its popularity to one platform and preventing the huge amount of suck that is automatic cover to spread into other, more respectable games.
I have no interest in it, really. Better games are out there at the moment. Some of which I have yet to buy... Like Far Cry 2, for example.
i have a PC and a 360, so i usually have a safety net for situations like these. i'm still kind of surprised that it's not coming for the PC though

not a big disaapoint its not as if i would have bought it anyways. its a average generic shooter with some shiny graphics i had alot more fun with crysis which has even better graphics and is a good shooter.
i don't care. it works better on 360. i'm getting it on that platform anyway.
Don't really see a reason to be pissed. It was a XBOX360 exclusive in the first place. However I'm also quite sure you don't have to believe everything the developer says right now about the game, so I'd say there is a fair chance you might see gears 2 sometime on PC.
