I played Pokemon does that count? Its not PC though but I was indeed hardcore with it.
Doom, X-Com, Civ 2, Quake, Duke Nukem and many more.
doom, mechwarrior:31st century combat, quake, carmaggedon, warcraft 2 (tides and portal), red alert 1, shadow warrior. all of em great fun :)
I suppose I shouldn't be posting in this thread.. but... I was 5 in 1969.I watched the first man walk on the moon with my father. As far as the games go; We played 'kickball' in the street, and 'football' in the backyard. My favorite game at the time was something called Monopoly, it had a cardboard platform and something called dice and tokens for software...there was a similar game called Risk that ran with the same platform and hardware..aaahh.. the good old days of gaming...;)
Doom, Quake, Duke Nuk'em, Redneck Rampage, System Shock 2, Max Payne
The original Civilization and that Duck Tales game, can't remember the name anymore!

I was born at almost the same time as arcade games and it's great to see the evolution video games had in these not so much years.
hey i was playing red alert as well. at first i hated it until a freind showed me how to play it
at five i was doing atari and NES. then at 8-10 SNES, and pc, 9-12+wolfenstine, duke nukem, C%26C, fragile, diablo, redneck rampage, blood, shadowarrior, i remember playing as a teenager, mario 64, and thinking wow, this is so awesome, use to be a pixel that bounced back and fourth off of two other line of 4 pixels, now im playing mario in 3d, and it looks so awesome, and sweet.cause the n64 kinda blew me away for what it did as a cartridge console...man so many games over the years, its hard to keep track.
I'd have to say that Star Wars: Tie Fighter and some D%26D dungeon crawler type games were the ones I played the hell out of. I was really, really good at Tie Fighter. My little brother played the game a lot, too, but wasn't as good as I was.The other game I really liked was Relentless. Otherwise I played Doom, Doom 2, Warcraft, Starcraft and other goodies.
